SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your order will SHIP MOST ANYWHERE IN THE USA.  

For Martecci Original perfumes, we do ship to PO Boxes provided they match the credit card mailing address.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO/ FPO.

Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable. We do offer combined shipping. Unless stated otherwise in the main listing or in the header of the webpage, all orders within the USA are USUALLY shipped USPS PARCEL POST with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is included in our shipping & handling RATES. Parcel post DELIVERY can take 2 to 9 business days, or longer in peak periods. MOST ITEMS SHIP WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF CLEARED PAYMENT. small order or orders for samples generally have s small service charge for small orders, built into the s&H charge. Further, during certain periods, we may offer priority mail shipping at no additional charge. Our shipping and handling costs include the expense of labor, packing materials, our advanced automation system to bring fast and reliable service, and fuel to get your item to the carrier.  

Always provide the correct shipping address. We only ship to shipping addresses that BUYERS fill out during their checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. 

We can't guarantee the time frame your remittance will clear (but checks usually will take 3 to 5 business days), nor the time frame the carrier will take to deliver you order, nor can we guarantee that your order will arrive on or before any holiday, but, average time for shipment to arrive is within 5 to 7 business days of cleared payment. also, due to the volume of order we may receive, you may or may not be emailed when your order is shipped.   Until further notice and changes in postal service regulations, USPS Priority Mail cannot be used to ship "perfume"  items in excess of 4 oz.

USE TAX

If you order, you are required to know, and be accordingly responsible for, any "Use tax" on any item(s) purchased from out of your state. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to contact the relevant authority/organization in your state.

COMBINED SHIPPING RATES IN THE USA

NON-FRAGRANCE ITEMS WILL NORMALLY HAVE THE SHIPPING CHARGES IN THE LISTING. THESE ITEMS MAY OR MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMBINED SHIPPING AND MUST BE INQUIRED ABOUT BEFORE CHECKOUT. FRAGRANCE ITEMS:  In order to make your purchasing experience with Martecci's as enjoyable and as hassle free as possible, if you order more than one FRAGRANCE item/product from us we will be glad to combine shipping charges if

(1) these items are shipped within the USA, and

(2) all items ship to your one and selfsame shipping address which is the same as your billing address, and

(3) all items can fit into one qualified shipping box. currently, COMBINED S&H RATES FOR  ORDERS WILL BE HANDLED ON A PER INCIDENT BASIS.

Occasional promotional offers may occur where the item(s) qualifies for free shipping & handling and that will be for only that item, unless otherwise stated. Other items that you may purchase that require S&H charges cannot be combined with the free s&h provision of the item/product that has it, and thereby also be sent with  free s&h. Unless stated otherwise, the more items you order, the greater the combined shipping discount and you can add only one insurance option. All items must be paid together. The invoice we prepare will include any and all items you have indicated you want to purchase, with the applicable s&h rate to be delivered via USPS  Parcel Post Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If at anytime you experience a problem at check out, you should notify us after double checking your information and the online instructions. Please email us and also include the  item/product# on the email subject to get fast support.

Insurance is optional. When an item/product is shipped to any address and insurance is NOT requested, available and/or paid for by the buyer, it is shipped totally as the buyer's responsibility! We ship per the check-out data you enter and when the it is wrong or the mail company returns the item/product to us, you will be required to pay a Re-Shipping fee in order to have your order sent back out to you.

Unless insurance is purchased, we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost goods.  You have the option of purchasing insurance through the USPS. Insure your package only for what its contents are worth; you’re only covered for the actual value at the time and place of mailing.   Feel free to check out the USPS.com website for current information on insurance rates, but realize finding the information you need may be a little tricky so you probably will want to Contact Us for a quote.
